Team leaders who are new to the role or recently promoted. The course also suits team leaders who want a refresher in supervision techniques.

Purpose

Participants learn about core elements of being a team leader. The course provides hands-on opportunities to apply what is learnt in practical exercises to reinforce what is taught and to help you transfer the lessons learned back to the workplace.

The course takes a workshop format of a practical nature with lots of workplace examples.
