This course shows participants how to identify bullying and harassment, manage and eliminate it if discovered and develop a workplace that is intolerant of bullying and harassment.

Business owners, managers, team leaders or anyone wanting to understand how to eliminate bullying and harassment from their workplace.

Purpose

Every employer has a legal requirement to provide a safe working environment for his or her employees. Bullying and harassment, if allowed to happen in the workplace, can result in ongoing conflict, reduction in productivity and possibly open the employer to damages claims by employees.
