This one-day course covers Career Development and Succession Planning for the purpose of developing and retaining high-performing employees and those with good potential.

For

Managers, team leaders and anyone who wants to develop a strategy to develop staff generally and in particular to retain staff in critical positions.

Purpose

In today’s highly competitive job market a marketable employee has a lot of choice. An employer who does not develop a strategy to retain such staff will find that key positions could be hard to fill and its operations put at risk because of the knowledge that leaves when an employee resigns.

This means that a far better outcome can be achieved because the consultant's influence and credibility has been enhanced in the relationship with their customer.
