This workshop provides you with a range of models of consultative skills. It presents case studies and offers activities where you can apply and practise a range of consulting skills.

For

Managers and staff who need to use consulting skills in their role or want to develop a consultative approach when dealing with internal and external customers.

Purpose

Using a consultative approach, practitioners can build a relationship with a customer (external or internal) that is founded on trust and a readiness to understand their needs.

This means that a far better outcome can be achieved because the consultant's influence and credibility has been enhanced in the relationship with their customer.
