Managers, team leaders and anyone involved in the implementation, support and management of employee performance in their workplace.
Purpose
This is a ‘hands-on’ course providing a lot of interactive practice. It gives participants an insight into how performance management must be fully integrated into all workplace activities, allowing for accurate measurement of performance. The course also examines the concept that performance management is a daily activity and not just an annual one.
Participants gain insights into how to fully integrate performance management with the daily work, from the initial ‘probationary period monitoring’ to the formal appraisal.
